Private Individual Sessions

Whether you are a beginner interested in learning the basics of adopting a meditation practice, or you have experienced meditation dozens of times, I can support you as you progress in your journey.

After getting to know you a little better, including your interests, your needs, and what you feel you require the most support with, I would develop a program to support you in fostering a dedicated meditation practice.

Private Group Classes

Group classes can be designed to suit the needs and focus of the group.  Some ideas for a series, are:

  • Foundations of Meditation: Discovering How to Get Started and What Might be Getting in My Way
  • Delving Deeper Into Me and My Fears
  • Mindfully Exploring Presence

However after discussing the desired focus of the group, if other areas of interest are identified, I would develop a program to suit.
